AH1680T Oil/air cooler
When assembling the air cooler, it should be assembled firmly and the installation location should avoid vibration and impact. The ventilation must be smooth. When loading and unloading, be sure to use a wrench to hold the oil inlet and outlet of the radiator to avoid distortion of the radiator.
When using an air cooler, a pressure-limiting bypass must be installed to avoid excessive pressure drop. Prevent the pulse pressure generated during startup from being too high, causing the oil pipe to burst.
The diameter of the piping should match the thread diameter and cannot be changed or reduced. Use a straight head as much as possible, let the oil pipe bend or use a high-pressure hose to reduce the oil return drain resistance. When selecting oil, it is best to use hydraulic oil to allow quick and smooth oil return and try to avoid the cooler oil pipe bursting.
The radiator should be cleaned once a week to flush away some dust and debris so that the oil can flow more smoothly and the cooler effect will be better.
